To ensure the quality of mass production, Scale Roads conducts a quality check at the factory when the goods are ready. Dents, scratches, sizes, quantities, packaging, etc. all details are reported in the final inspection report. Any problems found at the factory are fixed on site.

Normally, the customer receives the final inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection. If major problems are found, the customer will be contacted immediately to discuss next steps.
