On-site assessment of new suppliers before they enter your programme: capacity, quality process, reliability.
Order Kick-off (every order)
Physical visit plus a signed bilingual (EN/CN) contract, every time. No order enters production on an assumption.
Sample Validation (every relevant sample)
Independent testing against the relevant standards, with a written assessment before bulk is released.
Recurring production follow-up
Across all active orders: consistent supplier pressure, not just when you remember to chase.
Physical Quality Check
At the right moment per order. Pre-shipment always; Pre-Production, During Production and Loading Supervision as needed.
Emergency Support (standard)
Not an add-on at this level. Part of how the partnership works. In an emergency we assess the situation on site, discuss solutions with the parties involved and give you clear options for next steps.

Pricing model
Retainer / framework*: a retainer or framework fee for a defined monthly or order-based scope, plus per-order fees for inspections, audits and kick-offs. For high-volume recurring orders, a per-container or per-order framework price can be agreed. Set upfront; add-ons transparently priced.
Boundary: Sourcing & supplier identification are not part of this package; available as a separate add-on on request.
