What’s included
Order Kick-off
In-person factory visit covering specs, MOQ, lead time, payment, packaging and labelling, captured in a signed bilingual (EN/CN) contract plus a First Order Check one-pager.
Sample Validation
Independent testing against the relevant standards, with a written assessment before bulk is released. Not just a visual judgement.
Recurring production follow-up
We actively chase status, planning and commitments. We are the party the supplier hears from when deadlines approach.
Physical Quality Check (1+ moments)
Pre-shipment always included; During Production added by risk level. Interactive dashboard reporting.
Issue management
When something goes off track we are already in the relationship. We assess, talk to the factory and give you options.
Factory Audit (if needed)
Added when the supplier has not been assessed and the order warrants it.

Pricing model
Hybrid fee*: a fixed management component for coordination scope, plus a per-order or per-service fee for on-site work. No percentage model without prior agreement. Add-ons: extra visits, re-checks, Factory Audit, Loading Supervision, Emergency Support.
