The only way to be sure of an order is to have eyes on it before it ships
Production is complete, or nearly. You get photos, a confirmation that everything is on spec, and a green light to ship. But photos only show a few chosen units, and a sample can be perfect while the full batch tells a different story. Labels, quantities, packaging or colour can shift across a production run, often without anyone intending it. Without eyes on the finished goods, you’re signing off an order you haven’t actually seen.
A defect caught late rarely means scrap. It means delay, cost and friction. Most production issues are fixable. But once the goods have shipped, fixing them means reworks, replacements, delays and extra cost, and a lot of back-and-forth that strains the relationship with your manufacturer. Catching it at the factory keeps the fix small, fast and low-drama, while you still have options.

When in production do you need us?
Most clients use the Pre-Shipment Inspection, our core service. But depending on product, supplier risk and order complexity, an earlier check can save far more cost and time.
PPI · Pre-Production Inspection
Before production starts. Raw materials, components and prep checked against your specs, before a single unit is made. Best for high-value goods, new suppliers and hard-to-fix technical specs.
DPI · During Production Inspection
20 to 50% through production. Quality, specs and process verified mid-run, before the bulk is finished. Best for custom products, long runs and suppliers prone to mid-process drift.
PSI · Pre-Shipment Inspection (core service)
80 to 100% complete. Finished goods inspected against your sample, specs, packaging and agreements, with AQL sampling. Best for any order you want independently confirmed before it ships.
CLS · Container Loading Supervision
At loading. Loading supervised to confirm the right goods, right quantities and correct handling make it into the container. Best for fragile goods, mixed SKUs and high-value shipments.
